THE FOUNDER OF SHAN

Mannz was suffering sensitive skin during childhood time and acne problems at a young age of 16. Her parent has brought her to see plenty doctors. The worst case was taking medicines for sensitive skin continuously for half year times. Mannz feel so envy that her friends was so pretty and good looking, her mood depressed and broken-heart.

After graduating with a Bachelor Degree (Hons) from Liverpool John Moores University, England at a young age of 22, Mannz is returning to Malaysia and stepped into the industry work with a salary of RM1500. She spent all her incomes to try out different health products, skin care products and go for variety treatments, even she worked for part time to get extra incomes in order to cover other expenses.

Mannz doubt, she started to read in detail all the products including ingredients, materials, place of production in case getting allergy and get suffered after used. Because of this, she had passion for fashion, makeup and beauty. Those close to her has always felt that she was born to be in the beauty industry.

Mannz chose further enhance her knowledge and skills at few Beauty Academy. She made the life-changing decision to chase her passion, she started her beauty job. In addition to operating the business, she planned to carry some brands of beauty products. She travelled around and finally she met a brand that totally make her crazy.

After doing research and experience more than two decade in this industry, Mannz knows what truly drives her passion and love for beauty line and slowly mastering all the techniques known to the world. Yumezen Life House was established by Mannz Neo. She believe that Yumezen Life House is going to be your next weekend getaway! Mannz hope that her energy, skills and passion has led her to explore new breakthroughs and ventures in the industry.

Mannz got an opportunity to attend an EMBA "WINNING MODEL" from the prestigious Action Education, China through A Plus Boss. She felt appreciate to A Plus Boss that make her for being a part of Action Education, China. From this course, the master Li Jian has taught us to think in people favor, she learned how to run a business and now she wishes to run the business with sincerity and the best of her efforts, while not only ask for returns, but to share the love to everyone. She wish to make everyone look good and feel special in life, style and beauty.
